Peace and Ease.
What does it
require to be at
Peace and Ease?
Is it a thought?
Maybe a feeling?
Perhaps a becoming?
Nah, them’s all transient…
Peace is as present
as awareness is now.
And Ease is the Effect,
with Peace the Cause…
not a worldly peace,
this too is an effect;
but rather, the peace
of presence in the
awareness of now.
And when is Now?
Yeah, its that simple…
The Ease of Peace is
the Peace of Ease…
