You ever got lost in a maze of thought and not known how to get out?
What about seeing the mind split in two with anxiety peircing the heart?
Well, if ya have, then you know insanity…
More than that, you allowed it to mind-fuck yourself into depths of confusion
where you have no idea of what reality is…
But its all good, cuz in a moment of surrender to love, insanity vanishes, and with
it goes anxiety…
Once it is seen there is nothing to be anxious about, you will Know freedom.
As the heart is released into the movment of Life through this instant, the
heart radiates an awakening spirit to every perceived thing, knowing that
there is no separation of anything.
As the heart flows,
so too does sanity…
And as the sight ignites,
so too does life…

Was thinking today about time (http://zonenterprises.com/was-thinking-today-ab...)… I think time is one of those mazes of thought we all can easily get caught in. Coming more and more to the overstanding of the non-realness of time. It's all one moment and that moment is now.
Very empowering thought I'm working to clarify visually. Fucking INSANE!!
It may be useful to see the mind and heart as an instrument, a tool, and the minds function is to See and the Hearts function is Open. As the mind Sees all that can actually be seen in Reality is the light that composes everything in the universe, E=mc^2. As the heart Opens all that it can actually open to in Reality is the love that gives existence the sustaining energy that vibrates in tones of joy, happiness, bliss, etc.

~ journey withing, reveal truth, be free ~
