Energy Of The Universe

Take a moment to examine your hands.

Look at your palm, does it looks like a palm?

How about your fingertips, do they look like fingertips?

Right now, your hands have flowing through them an inherent energy. This energy flows throughout the body in an intricately organized system. In the center of the palm is a chakra that allows the energy that flows in the system to be extended out through the chakra.

As this chakra in the palm is activated energy begins to flow through it. This energy has a healing capacity as it is the inherent energy of the universe. Your capacity to extend the energy through your hands is determined by how open you are to the energy and whether or not you have cleared and balanced your system.

White Light

You may be able to feel this energy already. Simply shift your awareness to your hand for a moment and become aware of any sensations you may feel.

Now imagine your hand is entirely composed of white light. Do the sensations feel any different?

Clearing and balancing your energy fields increases your expressive capacity. As you increase this capacity the healing effect will also increase. In this increased capacity to express is also a journey into enlightenment.
