Forgiveness Prayer

Your Holiness

How do you remove guilt from your mind and consequently your sight and experience?

Simple, you remove the view of your self from the perspective that says guilt is justified. The removal of this view where you are guilty is forgiveness. If you feel guilt you have not embraced forgiveness.

Why do you feel guilty for something that does not mean anything? The only thing that means anything at all is your holiness. Your holiness does not know guilt, it cannot, for it is holiness and guilt does not exist there.

Guilt can only enter a mind in which separation dominates perspectives, and yet, separation is not real, it cannot be. If separation were indeed real, it would mean that you could lose your source of life, for you would be separated from it. And if this were true, you would not be here to read these words for you would have no life source sustaining your existence in this moment.

Yet, here you are, a living entity with the awareness of light radiating this very moment.

Sunlight Of Truth.

You cannot lose that which is not yours to lose, and you cannot be separate from that which cannot be separated. In your thoughts of separation is the illusion that has you see separation as being real, and yet, this is only a mirage you allow to cloud the mind from seeing the sunlight of Truth.

Allowing the light of Truth to dissipate the cloud in your mind is what forgiveness does. Replacing your sight into the Unity that permeates everything can only bring you freedom from the self-perpetuated suffering of guilt.

This cycle of guilt where there is no escape has you only see the conflict ridden chaos of insanity, and insanity is what you perpetuate in never knowing the freedom of this most sacred moment.

Guilt can only be present in a mind that allows the past and future to dictate the identity of one’s self. When a mind fully enters in the Now it is realized that only Truth is ; whereas guilt is not Truth.

In Sacred Unity

In looking to the future it is easy to see that it doesn’t exist yet. In looking to the past it is easy to see that it exists no longer. In seeing the non-existence of the past and the future a mind must then come to the only place where existence is . This domain of existence where everything lives in sacred Unity is the only moment that has ever existed.

In this moment there is no time. How can there be time in a moment that never began nor shall it end. Time only has meaning with a starting point and an end point. Without those two points there is nothing for time to distinguish. The eternity of life does not know the concept of time, only you do. Why would eternity plague its mind with something that is not real.

In seeing the two possibilities, time and eternity, there is only one that can be real for both cannot. If time is real it means that there is no eternity, for if time is real there would then be an end where eternity cannot be. If eternity is real it means that there is no time, for if eternity is real there is no point where eternity is not.

How can something that starts and stops be real? Before it started it was not, and after it stops it will not be, and yet, that which gives rise to it still is.

Unity Of Eternity

So what is real, that which starts and stops or that which gives rise to the starting and stopping? Without that which gives rise to the starting and stopping there is no possibility for the starting and stopping.

Guilt resides in a mind that sees the starting and stopping of time as the reality. Freedom resides in a mind that sees eternity as the reality. Guilt cannot reside in eternity, for there is nothing to be guilty for. Freedom cannot reside in the starting and stopping of time, for the starting and stopping points are a cage locking the mind in a prison that cannot see outside that cage.

Forgiveness extracts the mind from the cage of time and ushers it into the Unity of eternity.

Prayer:

"I forgive
and
I request forgiveness"

This simple prayer can be used wherever and whenever, especially when conflict and guilt are experientially present. This prayer can be used to forgive oneself and others.

In applying this prayer, simply see everything you are loving and forgiving as an extension of the Unity of Self, seeing the I Am in all

As you repeat this prayer in your mind, visualize your heart opening as a flower blossoms in sunlight. Continue this prayer until you feel a shift from guilt to love, from conflict to freedom. The more you see Unity in all and open your heart to Love, the more you embrace the movement of forgiveness and free your self from limitation and suffering.
