The Only Reality Is Now

Insanity is to Cause as Anxiety is to Effect.

Anxiety can only arise in a mind where separation appears to be real, for in a mind where illusion has dissipated, there is no foundation for anxiety to unfold.

A mind of sane function does not fret or worry about anything, for there is no cause to worry within sanity.

The unending worry that reverberates through a mind lost to insane delusions can only arise in a mind that is out of focus with the only reality that is. The only reality is Now. There is no concern in the Now for there is nothing to be concerned about.

Anything That Is Not Now Is Not Truth

The uncontrollable aspects of the future that a mind of insanity concerns itself with are only an image with no foundation in truth. Truth is Now. Anything that is not Now is not Truth, it cannot be for it Is not.

That which has already taken place in the past has already taken place and is of no concern in the Now, for Now needs not the past to justify its existence or make its existence better. Now Is, and it forever will be.

Insanity excludes a mind from being tuned into the Now, for a mind tuned into Now is sane mind, for Now is all there is, for it is all there can be.

Anxiety is merely the effect of the acceptance of a deluded mind-state.

Delude your self not.

Technique:

Sit, Breathe, Relax

Look up to the bridge of the eyebrow, just above the nose. Close the eyelids while continuing to look up.

Continue breathing being aware of only the in and out flow of air while continuing to look up.

Do this until the anxiety dissipates.

If the anxiety does not dissipate, observe your mind-state. Are there subtle thought streams flowing through your mind that speak to anxiety?

Be resolute in only being aware of your breathing. If you observe a thought stream flow into your mind, simply watch it flow right on out as you re-focus your awareness on your breathing.
